The tools change all the time. We do not expect people to know every model, SDK or workflow in advance. We care about how quickly you can understand a new technology, test it and turn it into a normal working instrument.

We like people who take ownership, use AI every day, make first prototypes quickly and keep improving the system around their work.

What you will do

  • Lead several projects in parallel.
  • Define scope, tasks, timelines and dependencies.
  • Coordinate developers, designers, AI creators and contractors.
  • Take part in task framing and prioritisation.
  • Control deadlines and quality of the result.
  • Prepare meeting materials, record decisions and define next steps.
  • Communicate with clients and partners.
  • Find blockers before they become problems.
  • Use AI for research, analysis, documentation and project management.
  • Look for ways to automate repeated processes.

What matters

  • Systems thinking, independence and responsibility for the result.
  • Ability to work without a detailed instruction for every step.
  • Strong written and spoken Russian.
  • English is required.
  • Understanding of digital products and interest in AI.
  • Ability to speak normally with both technical and business teams.

Experience matters, but the number of years in a CV is not the main signal. We care more about how fast you understand a new problem and turn it into a clear plan.

  • Lead developers and help decompose complex tasks.
  • Work across frontend and backend.
  • Design databases, APIs and integrations.
  • Connect AI models and build agentic or automation workflows.
  • Work with infrastructure and technical prototypes.
  • Evaluate new technologies and shape engineering process.

Current stack

Different projects use React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Supabase, PostgreSQL, external APIs, AI models, automation tools, Cursor, Codex and Claude Code.

This is not a checklist. The stack will change.

What matters

  • Strong engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking.
  • Production development experience.
  • Understanding of frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
  • Experience leading other developers.
  • AI-assisted development and fast technology testing.
  • Pragmatism: choosing a good enough solution instead of endlessly designing the perfect one.

We especially value people who can say: I checked several options, built a prototype and here is the solution I propose.

  • Build prototypes and turn them into production features.
  • Help less experienced developers and do code review.
  • Use AI coding tools actively.

What matters

We need an engineer, not an operator of AI code generation. You should understand architecture, data, APIs, security, system limits, code quality, performance and production environments.

We use Cursor, Codex, Claude Code and other AI tools. The final solution still has to be understood and controlled by a person.

  • Use AI coding tools and learn new technologies as tasks appear.

You do not have to know all of it in advance. You do have to learn quickly.

What matters

  • Basic understanding of development.
  • Desire to grow and work independently.
  • Ability to use documentation and search for a solution.
  • Interest in AI.
  • Normal attitude to code review.
  • Ability to admit you do not know something and quickly find out.

If you see an unknown library, open the docs, GitHub and an AI coding assistant, and after a few hours assemble a first working version, that is a very good signal.

  • Create visual concepts, key visuals and social media graphics.
  • Build carousels and digital content.
  • Work with typography, composition and color.
  • Generate images and work with AI video.
  • Make simple animation and motion.
  • Work with existing visual systems.
  • Experiment with new models.
  • Improve AI output manually and turn generation into finished design.

What matters

  • Good visual taste and strong references.
  • Composition, typography and a sense of color.
  • Ability to work with images and digital content.
  • Active use of generative AI.
  • Readiness to keep testing new models and services.

We are not looking for someone who can only write a prompt. You need to understand why a visual is bad and make it good.

  • Understanding of social networks.
  • Strong Russian and required English.
  • Writing ability and a sense of idea.
  • Basic visual taste and short video editing.
  • Active AI use, speed and independence.

We especially value people who see a new AI tool and immediately think of five ways to use it in content.

What does not fit well

If your normal process is idea -> brief to designer -> brief to editor -> wait, we will probably struggle. You do not need to be a professional at everything, but you need to be able to assemble the first working result yourself.

  • Work with documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Do research and gather market information.
  • Find companies, people and contractors.
  • Help with email drafts and small tasks.
  • Help coordinate the team and structure incoming information.
  • Use AI to speed up your own work and automate repeated processes.

AI in this role

We want the assistant to gradually build a system around their own work: meetings become summaries and tasks, repeated reports are assembled automatically, topics are monitored, documents are created from templates and regular processes become workflows.

You do not need to know all of this on day one. You need to want to learn it.

What matters

  • Very high learning speed, independence and organisation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to hold a lot of context.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Strong written Russian and required English.
  • Ability to search for information and work confidently with modern digital tools.
  • Interest in AI and readiness to improve your own process.

Experience

Executive Assistant experience is a plus, but not mandatory. A strong, fast and organised person from project management, operations, production or a similar environment can also fit well.

For a strong candidate, the role can grow towards Operations or Chief of Staff.
