  • Work with frontend and backend.

  • Integrate AI services.

  • Use AI coding tools and learn new technologies as tasks appear.

Current stack

Most often we use React, Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Python, external APIs, AI models, Cursor, Codex and Claude Code.

You do not have to know all of it in advance. You do have to learn quickly.

What matters

  • Basic understanding of development.
  • Desire to grow and work independently.
  • Ability to use documentation and search for a solution.
  • Interest in AI.
  • Normal attitude to code review.
  • Ability to admit you do not know something and quickly find out.

If you see an unknown library, open the docs, GitHub and an AI coding assistant, and after a few hours assemble a first working version, that is a very good signal.

AI is part of the job

AI is not a separate department here. It is part of how managers research and document work, how engineers prototype and ship, how designers explore visuals, how content people produce assets, and how assistants build repeatable workflows.

We do not need you to know every current tool. We need you to keep looking for the next useful one, test it quickly and understand where it genuinely improves the result.

About Bots & Bones

Bots & Bones works at the intersection of AI, development, design, content, automation and creative technology.

We use new models, APIs, AI agents, generative image and video tools, coding agents and automation platforms almost every day. One of the most important traits here is the ability to learn fast.

A strong application includes real work: a shipped product, a prototype, GitHub, a portfolio, a workflow, a deck, a visual concept, a video, a content series, research, an automation or a short explanation of how you solved a hard problem.

Real examples beat polished claims.
