Project Manager

• Lead several projects in parallel.
• Define scope, tasks, timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate developers, designers, AI creators and contractors.
• Take part in task framing and prioritisation.
• Control deadlines and quality of the result.
• Prepare meeting materials, record decisions and define next steps.
• Communicate with clients and partners.
• Find blockers before they become problems.
• Use AI for research, analysis, documentation and project management.
• Look for ways to automate repeated processes.

• Systems thinking, independence and responsibility for the result.
• Ability to work without a detailed instruction for every step.
• Strong written and spoken Russian.
• English is required.
• Understanding of digital products and interest in AI.
• Ability to speak normally with both technical and business teams.

Experience matters, but the number of years in a CV is not the main signal. We care more about how fast you understand a new problem and turn it into a clear plan.
