• Build frontend and backend.
• Work with React, Next.js, TypeScript and Python where needed.
• Design databases with Supabase and PostgreSQL.
• Build API integrations and connect AI services.
• Create automation workflows.
• Take part in architecture decisions.
• Build prototypes and turn them into production features.
• Help less experienced developers and do code review.
• Use AI coding tools actively.

We need an engineer, not an operator of AI code generation. You should understand architecture, data, APIs, security, system limits, code quality, performance and production environments.

We use Cursor, Codex, Claude Code and other AI tools. The final solution still has to be understood and controlled by a person.

AI is not a separate department here. It is part of how managers research and document work, how engineers prototype and ship, how designers explore visuals, how content people produce assets, and how assistants build repeatable workflows.

We do not need you to know every current tool. We need you to keep looking for the next useful one, test it quickly and understand where it genuinely improves the result.
