Tech Lead

• Design architecture for new products.
• Make key technical decisions.
• Write production code and do code review.
• Lead developers and help decompose complex tasks.
• Work across frontend and backend.
• Design databases, APIs and integrations.
• Connect AI models and build agentic or automation workflows.
• Work with infrastructure and technical prototypes.
• Evaluate new technologies and shape engineering process.

Different projects use React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, Supabase, PostgreSQL, external APIs, AI models, automation tools, Cursor, Codex and Claude Code.

This is not a checklist. The stack will change.

• Strong engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking.
• Production development experience.
• Understanding of frontend, backend, APIs and databases.
• Experience leading other developers.
• AI-assisted development and fast technology testing.
• Pragmatism: choosing a good enough solution instead of endlessly designing the perfect one.

We especially value people who can say: I checked several options, built a prototype and here is the solution I propose.

AI is not a separate department here. It is part of how managers research and document work, how engineers prototype and ship, how designers explore visuals, how content people produce assets, and how assistants build repeatable workflows.

We do not need you to know every current tool. We need you to keep looking for the next useful one, test it quickly and understand where it genuinely improves the result.
